Lilli has been a successful Realtor in the Denton area for 19 years. Her business has grown exclusively through word-of-mouth referrals since 2004.  She started her career while teaching art at an elementary school in Denton. Her first clients were her teacher colleagues and their families. Lilli has assisted and consulted hundreds of clients buying and selling with referral and repeat business year after year. Lilli continues to educate clients on market trends, property values, and real estate investment with her unique blend of skills, knowledge, professionalism, and experiences in the real estate industry. She understands clients’ needs and goals and easily adapts to each client tailoring and offering a stress-free experience. Lilli has developed an extensive network of skilled and competent professionals and subcontractors. She has represented buyer and sellers with “on” and “off market” listings. She is familiar with all levels of property acquisition, building from early conception to final interior design. Her market tenure and network give her clients an advantage when buying or selling. Lilli is also a practicing real estate investor with multiple investment properties she owns and manages with her husband. They have enjoyed seeing their clients become real estate investors as well. Lilli has been living in the Denton area for nearly 30 years. She graduated from the UNT school of Visual Arts and remains in Denton with her family consisting of her husband David, her daughter, one dog, and 5 chickens.

Abbie Warren was born and raised in the small, quaint town of Ruston, Louisiana. Her southern charm and diverse upbringing gives her a breadth of experience to effectively serve a broad range of clients, from first-time home buyers to luxury home owners. Having lived in and out of Denton, Texas since 2010, Abbie is very familiar with the region and the best places in the area to make a home out of a house. Her character and competence have established her reputation of trust to all her clients and friends alike. Abbie currently lives with her husband and four young children in North Denton working in excellence as a loving wife, a caring mother, and trustworthy realtor.

He’s pretty cool. Talks a lot because he knows a lot. He’s a great problem solver, negotiator, and smart as a whip. To know David is to love David. David is an IT Director at a major company in Dallas, but loves to work in real estate whenever the opportunity rises. He is passionate about educating people on the investment aspect and building wealth through real estate. He is knowledgeable in real estate contracts, taxes, and estate planning. David is an Eagle Scout, a master scuba diver, a collector of knives, timepieces and fine writing instruments, a whiskey aficionado, a fragrance junkie, and is currently building a fresh-water aquarium with his daughter. He enjoys traveling with his family and watching YouTube videos on chess games and historic war battles. In a nutshell, he’s a nerd with style.

Nicole Pettee does everything with passion and enthusiasm. She loves traveling, reading, cooking, gardening and spending time in nature camping.  Nicole has lived in Denton for more than 20 years and grew up in the Lewisville and Flower Mound area. She currently teaches high school French and is excited to also work as a real estate agent. Her skills in education and travel give her unique insight into how to support and help clients find the best properties for their needs and wants.

Nicole attended the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor’s degree in both French and journalism. Nicole entered the real estate world in order to share her love of real estate with others. She enjoys working with new people and helping them find their way home. She is passionate about helping others with Real Estate because of all the benefits home-ownership has provided for her parents and her own family.  Nicole is married and lives in Denton, TX with her wonderful husband and two lovely boys.
